About Us

Elaine Welsh is a proud U.S. Army Veteran who served for eight years, including two overseas tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Following her military service, she dedicated over a decade to caring for critically ill patients as a registered nurse and healthcare administrator, bringing compassion and precision to every role she held.  After facing repeated claim denials for more than ten years, Elaine took matters into her own hands, educating herself on the VA claims process and ultimately securing the disability rating she had earned. This experience ignited a passion for advocacy and led her to establish Grand Rose Consulting, a firm devoted to helping fellow Veterans navigate the often-confusing claims system. Her mission is clear: ensure that those who served receive the recognition, support, and benefits they deserve.  Elaine also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), standing up for children in the foster care system. When she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys exploring the vibrant sights and sounds of Las Vegas, where she continues to be inspired by the community around her.
